Key New Hire Allows Cottonwood Residential to Bring Revenue Management In-House

Michele O’Donoghue has joined Cottonwood Residential as Revenue Manager. This marks a step forward for the company as its pricing strategy can be further developed and customized to the needs of its communities.

Michele’s role will involve working closely with executives, Regional Managers, and Community Managers to optimize pricing for the company’s portfolio. This will allow Cottonwood Residential to go beyond the realm of pricing calls, enabling revenue management to be more embedded into all aspects of community and corporate operations.

According to Jaynee Samnik, Vice President of Operations, Michele is the right person to elevate the company’s pricing strategy. “Michele is a seasoned professional in our industry and her vast experience will bring a new level to how Cottonwood manages, trains and implements LRO.”

Having started her career as a Community Manager with Archstone, Michele is able to combine her background of on-site management with her deep knowledge of revenue analysis to assist Cottonwood communities with all aspects of leasing. Her prior roles also include Software Implementation Consultant and National Training Specialist with Archstone, Records Coordinator at AMR Management Services, and Pricing Analyst at Maxx Properties and Alliance Residential. Michele received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University.
