Q: How do I sign up for direct deposit?

A: To receive your distributions via direct deposit, please email our Investor Services department at nchallier@cottonwoodres.com. We will walk you through the guidelines and necessary forms to set up direct deposit.

Q: How do I access my property’s web page and reports?

A: Each investor is given a login that grants access to each property he or she is invested in. These property pages contain news updates, weekly and monthly reports, and other vital information. If you have not received login information or cannot remember it, please contact Investor Services at nchallier@cottonwoodres.com.

Q: How do I transition from my current property management company to Cottonwood?

A: Please email our investor services department at nchallier@cottonwoodres.com and you will be put in touch with the right people to walk you through the transition process.

Q: I am a resident of one of Cottonwood’s properties. How do I address a concern with the corporate office?

A: If you have already taken measures to address a concern with the onsite management and felt dissatisfied by the resolution, our regional managers are available to assist you. Please send the following information to wecare@cottonwoodres.com:

• Your full name
• Property name and your unit number
• Your full contact information
• A brief description of your concern

Once we receive this information, a regional manager will be in contact with you within 48 business hours to address your concern.
